R&D: New and Improved Waist Nanny -- back in stock!

When we initially designed the prototype for the Waist Nanny, we knew it wasn't perfect. There were a few things that we felt could be improved upon, but we wanted to make sure that the end product was going to be something that ALL parents could use. The only way we'd be able to do this, was to get the Waist Nanny into the hands of other parents--so that's what we did. 

We gave our prototypes to a test group of parents (all of whom were either expecting, or had a baby within the past month) and asked them to give us their honest feedback. Our goal was to make sure that we had a product that had been tested by multiple families, simply because everyone's situation is different. What works for some parents, may not work for others, but that's ok. As long as we got real parents giving us their honest opinions; that's all we cared about. 

Surprisingly, after listening to all the feedback, almost all of the  parents in our test group were quite happy with the initial design of the Waist Nanny. Only a few felt that some minor revisions were needed to make it better. Overall, we were happy with the information and used that to make the best version yet! Some of the changes include:

• Better materials:  made up of breathable, lightweight, and NOW waterproof lycra. It is easily cleanable, machine washable, and durable enough for every day wear and tear. 
• Changed the shape of the waist belt to be less noticeable and seamless. 
• Upgraded zipper and zipper pullers. 
• Included innovative storage pocket that converts to a bottle holder when needed. 
• Added D-ring clips to BOTH sides of the waist belt for attaching multiple bibs/burp cloths.
